Elizabeth smiles at him, and she does appreciate the physical comfort, sometimes more than the words themselves. She never realized how much a physical comfort could mean to her.
But it means a lot. She's happy to get the hug and kiss on her cheek, and she smiles brightly at him in turn.
She glances down. "I feel... good, very good about it," Elizabeth says. "You know my grandma cause she raised me... she used to have to put food coloring on all of my food. I would only eat it if it were all in different, vibrant colors."
