How are you doing? It's been a while.
I'm going to be heading out of town for a while. I don't think I'm going to be gone long, but do you want to meet somewhere before I go? I shouldn't be leaving for another week, but I'm not sure when it'll be yet.

Date: 2011-10-07 04:58 am (UTC)Time is limited. It's something she's always known.
She nods. "Yep, we should! I'm hungry. I'm taking you to the best pizza place that there is," Elizabeth informs him, tugging him by the arm down the sidewalk. "It is deep dish, any kind that you should want, cheese, extra cheese, peppers... if you like vegetables."
She makes a little face. Vegetables aren't her favorite. "But we'd split a small pizza like half and half, half your fave and half my fave things!"

He smiles at her face, scribbling a little unsteady as they walk.
"No vegetables is good for me. How do you feel about pepperoni and sausage?"

She glances down. "I feel... good, very good about it," Elizabeth says. "You know my grandma cause she raised me... she used to have to put food coloring on all of my food. I would only eat it if it were all in different, vibrant colors."

She points ahead to the pizza place. "There it is. Best in Chicago. You have my word."
